Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) Programme
The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) programme is the collaboration between Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and REHDA Institute. Designed to empower industry professionals, this programme aims to foster a skilled talent pool and develop visionary leaders in the real estate sector.

Focusing on applied knowledge and practical skills, MRED emphasizes industry relevance over traditional academic approaches. Entry Requirement 

Academic Requirement

(1) A Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related fields with CGPA of 2.75 and above or equivalent as approved by the Senate; or

(2) A Bachelor’s Degree in the field or related fields with CGPA of 2.00 and above but less than CGPA of 2.75, or equivalent as approved by the Senate subject to rigorous internal assessment.

(3) Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree in the related fields or relevant working experience must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by UTAR and meet the minimum CGPA set out in (1) & (2).

Language Requirement

IELTS Academic Band 5.0 or its equivalent.
