I am honored to share my journey as a PhD student at FICT, UTAR Kampar Campus, under the guidance of my esteemed supervisors: Assistant Professor Dr. Ramesh Kumar Ayyasamy and Assistant Professor Dr. Lee Chen Kang. With the invaluable support of my external co-supervisors, Dr. Mobasahr Rehman from Middlesex University London and Dr. Manzoor Ahmed Hashmani from UTP, Malaysia, my academic pursuit has been a transformative experience that has broadened my horizons and equipped me with invaluable skills.
My doctoral research project, titled "Theoretically Assessed Framework for Cyberbullying Prediction: A Study on Undergraduate Students from Universities in Malaysia Using PLS-SEM and Neural Network Approach," delves into the complex realm of cyberbullying and its ramifications for Malaysian undergraduate students. In the context of Malaysia, a nation grappling with the widespread issue of cyberbullying, particularly among its youth, the urgency of addressing this challenge cannot be overstated. The troubling incidences of cyberbullying-related suicides among Malaysian young adults underscore the critical need for effective solutions. Against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving digital landscape, comprehending the multifaceted factors that contribute to cyberbullying is imperative. This research is driven by the goal of illuminating this crucial concern, offering insights that can serve as a compass for the formulation of policies and impactful interventions.
